The residents of the Panorama Lofts complex of privately owned residences enjoy a magnificent view of mountains and sea. A view that could be captured within the frame of a painting. This was our inspiration.
We created a concept that translates into constructions, shapes, and forms that trap one image within another. Frames that contain color, with wildflowers and plants that give the feeling they have always been there. The exterior space of the complex becomes an extension of the minimal geometry and the orthogonal shapes of the buildings. At the same time, the choice of plants ensures privacy between the different residences. Thus, each resident enjoys their own “window” to nature.

In a residential complex, privacy between buildings was particularly important. Additionally, the clients wanted to give their garden a modern image, outside the conventional framework. Something new and fresh that would highlight the minimalism of the buildings, without being eccentric or pretentious.
The unrivalled view from the balconies of the residences and the geometry of the buildings immediately indicated our plan of action. To capture the unique landscape within frames, highlighting Mediterranean beauty, in an original way that composes a unique experience of modern living.
The concept was fulfilled through geometric shapes of plantings and gravel, which create an image beyond the conventional. At the same time, the selection of various wildflowers, with colors varying between green, purple, red, and yellow, brings natural balance to the architectural design. Medium plantings create natural boundaries from garden to garden, without, however, interrupting the visual contact with the view.
Overall, the view, the clear geometry and the natural choices create a sense of serenity and tranquility above the city.
